Started in 1968, by Harold Frey, Frey Well Drilling is a 3rd generation, family-owned and operated company, with deep roots in Western New York, and the greater NorthEast region.

Leadership

Bill Frey
Owner, Certified Driller

With 45 years of drilling experience, Bill has traveled the United States and abroad, specializing in some of the toughest drilling challenges in gas, water, and rock drilling. A certified Master Driller™ by the National Ground Water Association, Bill’s influence in the drilling community has come from his dedication to the industry and advancing techniques and equipment. He received Citizen of the Year by the Akron Chamber of Commerce for his personal and profesional influence in Akron and abroad. Bill has a BA in Industrial Arts from SUNY Binghampton. He has been married for 36 years to his wife Bonnie and has two sons, Brian and Stæven.

Bonnie Frey
Administration

Bonnie Frey is the Chief Administrative Offer at Frey Well Drilling. In this role, she manages a broad range of operational, management, and business functions. Prior to joining FWD, Bonnie as an administrative associate at the Farm Credit Bureau. In addition to her role at FWD, she manages Bonnie Lake Storage and Brick House Quilting and gifts. She has been an integral senior associate since 1978.

Mark Jurewicz
Business Development + Client Services

Mark facilitates FWD’s on-site and residential client services. In addition to business development, mark leads pump installation services and maintenance programs. He has been with FWD since 2009.
